๐ 1. Introduction
This Refund Policy (โPolicyโ) governs the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services offered by DreamMore Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (โCompanyโ, โweโ, โourโ, โusโ). By engaging with or purchasing any services from the Company, the client (โClientโ, โyouโ) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
2. Scope of Services
This Policy applies to all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to: DPIIT recognition, government scheme assistance, funding advisory, digital marketing (SEO, lead generation, advertising), website development, branding, business strategy, and consultation services.
3. Commencement of Services
Service shall be deemed to have commenced upon occurrence of: onboarding/consultation session, receipt of required documents, allocation of internal resources, or creation of any deliverable. Upon commencement, the Company incurs costs and payments become non-refundable.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are for allocation of professional resources, time, expertise, planning, and execution. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable, subject to limited exceptions in this Policy.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have commenced, been delivered, or completed
- Consultation services once rendered
- Customised/project-based services: strategy documents, applications, websites, branding assets, marketing setups
6. Outcome Disclaimer
The Company provides consulting, advisory, and execution support. We do not guarantee government approvals, funding, specific financial results, lead generation volumes, or ROI. Refund requests based on outcome dissatisfaction shall not be entertained.
7. Client Obligations
The Client must provide timely and accurate information, documents, approvals, and communication. The Company is not liable for delays or deficiencies caused by Client's failure. No refunds applicable in such cases.
8. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate/erroneous payment OR Companyโs inability to initiate service due to internal limitations. All refund requests must be submitted in writing with proof of payment to info@dreammore.in.
9. Project-Based & Milestone Services
- Payments for completed stages are non-refundable
- Any refund limited to portions not yet initiated
- Company reserves right to deduct proportionate charges for work completed
10. Cancellation Policy
Prior to Commencement: Cancellation requests at least 48 hours before scheduled commencement may be considered.
Post Commencement: No refunds once service has commenced. Charges for work completed remain payable.
Consultations: Missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds processed within 15-30 business days via original payment mode. The Company is not liable for banking delays. Applicable taxes once remitted are non-refundable.
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate chargeback without prior written communication. Unauthorized chargeback is breach of terms, and Company reserves right to legal remedies.
13. Force Majeure
Company not liable for delays due to government policy changes, third-party disruptions, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
14. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Disputes shall first be attempted amicably. Failing resolution, matter subject to laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Hierarchy of Documents
In case of inconsistency, signed agreement/proposal prevails over this Policy. This Policy supplements such agreements.

17. Policy Updates
The Company reserves right to amend this Policy without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Policy.
